Introduction

I have been practicing psychotherapy for nearly 20 years. I have had the privilege of connecting with people across many walks of life, including Skid Row, Hollywood, Rural America, C-Suite... The human experience is universal! As an adjunct to the traditional treatment I provide, I am offering Single Session, (sometimes referred to as Drop-in) Therapy. It is brief in nature, and you walk away with new strategies, insight and tools. Significant growth can come from one encounter. While additional sessions are offered, we will approach each session with the goal to resolve a current concern. Therapy interventions as you need it, when you need it.
