Introduction

I provide comprehensive dementia evaluations to help clarify diagnoses, along with caregiver support and coaching. My therapeutic approach includes empathetic psychotherapy tailored to the unique needs of older adults, ensuring that they receive the care and understanding necessary during this important stage of life. In our initial sessions, I will ask thoughtful questions to better understand you and the challenges you may be facing. This collaborative approach allows us to create a safe space where you can explore your feelings and work towards meaningful solutions. As a board certified geropsychologist, I specialize in supporting older adults navigating the complexities of aging. My practice focuses on addressing mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, adjustment to aging and illness, cognitive decline, dementia, and caregiver stress. What sets my practice apart is my deep commitment to the older adult population and the distinctive life challenges they encounter. I am passionate about my work, as I believe it is a privilege to engage with individuals in the later chapters of life, helping them live fully and authentically.
