Psychotherapy can help you discover more about yourself, navigate current conflicts, and come to better understand old patterns of thinking, feeling, and interacting with others. Therapy can help you develop new perspectives and skills that better fit the person you are now and the direction you want to take. I will be there to help you learn to use these tools to manage difficult times and make meaningful transitions. I am experienced in treating depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, trauma, bereavement, life transitions (e.g., changes in career, family, or stage of life), and chronic medical conditions. My approach is collaborative, emphasizes the therapeutic relationship, and is focused on helping clients learn about themselves as they discover more meaning and satisfaction in their personal and professional lives. I am privileged to work with fellow health/mental health professionals to process trauma in their client populations. I enjoy helping these and other professionals and executives manage work-related stress, gracefully navigate career transitions, and develop a satisfying and sustainable work-life balance. I provide both in-office and telehealth services. I have been approved by the Association of State and Provincial Psychology Boards (ASPPB) and the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT) to provide telehealth services to individuals in all PSYPACT participating states (AL, AZ, AR, CO, CT, DE, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN. KS, KY, ME, MD, MI, MN, MO, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY).
