Introduction

Struggling with low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, postpartum, sexual frustrations, connecting with others, issues related to experiencing trauma, grief, connecting with your partner? These are all areas to which I have years of experience with. I have a passion in helping people who are struggling in areas mentioned and strive to assist in empowering my clients to become the best version of themselves they can and aim to be! I also have two certifications, which are; ART (accelerated resolution therapy, evidenced based trauma related specialty) and Reiki (Usui Holy Fire, focus is energy healing/meditation). I believe in holding a non-judgmental space for my clients and catering the therapy directed to match what will work best for the client, as long as it is ethical and evidence based practices.
