I am passionate to help clients struggling to find motivation for anything from the day to day routines of life, overcoming fears, seeking life skills, and consistent guidance. I offer encouragement to interrupt patterns of behaviors that no longer serve clients. Those struggling with recovery from substance abuse and sobriety where therapeutic interventions can enhance one's recovery plan is also my focus. I also support couples wanting to find their connection again, develop strategies to strengthen their marriage through the practice of reflective listening with your partner while developing common goals to strive toward.
