Introduction

Welcome! Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or weighed down by stress or painful memories? Life can throw a lot your way, and reaching out for support takes courage. You don’t have to face it all alone. This space is for you—a place to feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. You might be carrying the impact of trauma, navigating anxiety or depression, struggling with relationship issues, or simply trying to find solid ground again. Maybe you're not sure what's wrong—only that things feel off and you’re ready for a change. Whatever you’re holding, this is a space where you can breathe, reflect, and begin to heal. Together, we’ll explore what’s going on beneath the surface and work toward relief, insight, and meaningful change. You’ll be met with compassion and support, and we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you. I work with individuals, couples, and members of the LGBTQ+ community on a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, parenting, and gender identity. If stress, emotional pain, or past experiences are interfering with your life, we’ll work together to help you reconnect with your strengths and restore a sense of balance and control. I’m also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a trauma-focused approach that uses eye movements to help you process distressing memories and emotions. Many people experience relief more quickly than with traditional talk therapy. If you’ve been carrying the weight of trauma or anxiety, this might be an option to explore. This is your space to be real, to feel safe, and to move toward healing—on your terms. Click "Request Appointment" to schedule a free 15-minute consultation. Let’s see if we’re a good fit. I look forward to hearing from you.
