I specialize in self-discovery, identifying limiting beliefs and improving your quality of life through evaluating childhood experiences, emotion regulation, and worth. We focus on self- exploration, building self-compassion, increasing emotional tolerance, and developing skills for self-nurturing. I work with trauma, life adjustments, coping with burnout, and anxiety.
