Introduction

I can help you build more capacity for compassion, curiosity, and safety, essentially getting unstuck. Triggers will be the roadmap to unsticking what is stuck and healing to a place a safety. I help clients who may have experienced trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, triggers, sensation issues, and attachment issues. I offer support through a mind-body approach to regulate your nervous system. I am a trained and compassionate therapist with an emphasis on Somatic Experiencing and EMDR therapy. I see adults of all ages and teens, with a focus on life transitions and first responders. I know it can take courage to seek support. It can be hard. But hard is not impossible.
