Welcome. I'm a wife, mom, and grandma. I am someone who has experienced loss, loneliness, trauma, grief, and more. Many people throughout my life provided support, help, and healing and I want to be a source of support, help, and healing for others. I utilize a plethora of treatment modalities such as CBT, EMDR, and Narrative Therapy and apply them as best benefits the client. I also provide faith based counseling and ministry. I look forward to working with you.
