Have you found yourself feeling detached, uninterested, unmotivated, and overall just not yourself? Or maybe you’re constantly on autopilot, tense, and anxious. I know this feeling very well, many of us experience this at stressful, difficult times in our lives. Maybe you know your current routine, or lack there of, isn’t helping, but you’re not sure where to start. Let’s explore what your life and environment currently looks like, and figure out a plan together on how to get back to where you want to be. Maybe it’s not so simple though, and you feel like your past keeps coming back to haunt you. Are there things that have taken place in your life that you still don’t understand, or maybe haven’t even talked about? If so, I want to give you the safe space to be able to share, process, and work to understand your traumas in a new light. Freeing yourself of what has happened to you isn’t easy sometimes, but allows to live the more authentic life you’ve always dreamed of. Let’s talk relationships. Relationships are everywhere in our lives: friendships, intimate partners, family, in-laws, co-workers, neighbors, the list goes on. The way we move through the world effects the kind of relationships we create. When we struggle with relationships, we are struggling. Tell me about those interactions you just can’t seem to figure out. I can provide you with an unbiased, outside perspective you’ve been looking for.
