I believe that each person is capable of being seen, heard, and cared for on a deep and meaningful level. I have personally witnessed the power of human resiliency and know that you have the potential to find your own healing. Therapy can be challenging emotionally and physically draining at times. I aim to strike a balance of challenging you to break your own cycles while uplifting you and magnifying your strengths so that you don't leave sessions feeling raw and helpless. I believe in mental health care that examines the intersectionality between culture, race, religion, and economic status that impacts your mental health. I have provided therapy to a variety of individuals from different backgrounds working in the community setting. I am LGBTQIA+ friendly, body-positive, and culturally sensitive to all races and backgrounds. I participate in ongoing educational opportunities to provide the most sensitive care to all.
