I work with diverse individuals and welcome people of all genders including teenagers, college students, adult individuals, couples, and families, addressing: anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and women's issues (fertility, miscarriage, post-partum, parenting). In our counseling sessions, you can expect to be heard deeply and feel understood. Beyond that, you will be gently challenged to transform your behavior, thought patterns, and relationships. This collaborative process is about equipping you with the tools to embrace life's challenges with resilience, adaptability, and newfound perspectives.
