Hello! My name is Kristina Brummund. I have been working with children, teens, adults, couples, and families since 2004 across a variety of settings . When we experience mental health challenges it not only effects our emotions, but also our mind, body, and soul. It takes courage to work on yourself and I’m here to help you on this journey. We will work together in identifying your strengths, strive to overcome the challenges of adverse mental health, and empower you to meet your mental health goals.
