We would identify steps that are attainable and help you make steady progress towards your goals. As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I practice a systemic approach that emphasizes the development of the self and how people are influenced by their family and cultural background, community, friends, and relationships. I believe this is the best approach to get to the root of the problem, gain clarity, and make necessary changes. In my work with individuals, couples, and families, I integrate many therapeutic modalities including family systems, person-centered, cognitive behavioral, acceptance and commitment, Gottman therapy, and emotion-focused therapy.
