She creates a comfortable, judgement-free, safe space for people to be open, honest, kind, and more compassionate with themselves. In therapy, she utilizes a variety of methods that would be most helpful and supportive for her clients. Moreover, her interest lies in understanding the mind-body-spirit connection. Therefore, she regularly utilizes mindfulness exercises and positive psychology techniques in her practice to help clients reach their full potential, recognize their strengths, and reduce reactivity and irritability. Kristina’s methods include: Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) for PTSD, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for individuals and couples, Rational Emotive Focused Therapy (REBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Psychodynamic, Gestalt and Systems therapies. She utilizes CBT techniques to provide her clients with tangible tools that will result in developing new skills and applying them towards the personal growth they wish to see.
