Introduction
I have been practicing clinical social work with children, adolescents and adults for twenty-fie years. I strive to provide treatment that is supportive, accepting, and encouraging to each individual's unique personal exploration and growth. I use a relaxed, interactive and educational approach to treating mood disorders, trauma, substance use disorders and recovery, parenting/family support and adjustment to life transitions. I use interventions based on your individual needs and life experience combining elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
