I specialize in working with adult women navigating life transitions & challenges, such as: relationships, parenting, care taking, work/ life balance, student life, self-esteem and "life purpose" work. I have specialized training in major mental health conditions, like Bipolar condition from Mclean Hospital, education (9th-college), educational consulting, biology. I have expertise with women who are working with symptoms of: anxiety, depression, and bipolar conditions. My person-centered approach uses non-pathologizing language and emphasizes mindfulness, self-compassion, self empowerment and mind-body-energy integration.
