Kristin (she/they) has been a therapist since 2010, and primarily works with older teens and adults. She understands the depth and pervasiveness of trauma, anxiety, distress, and depression has on the mind and the body, and approaches treatment from a holistic and integrative perspective. Kristin received her Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2010. Kristin worked for 5 years in community mental health organizations before opening her private practice in 2015. Kristin has served the greater Vancouver area since 2013. Kristin is a neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ therapist who specializes in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, chronic illness/chronic pain and working with the neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ community. Kristin has specialized training in Brainspotting, Emotional-Freedom Technique (EFT), parts work, and body-based emotional regulation. Kristin weaves together therapeutic approaches to fit each individual client.
