If you or your child have experienced a stressful or overwhelming life event, or are looking for space to process day-to-day struggles, counseling can help. I work with children, adolescents, families, and adults who have experienced trauma, depression, anxiety, attachment disruptions, and more. I am trained in several evidence-based interventions to treat a variety of needs. My counseling style is trauma-informed, flexible, and personalized. You are the expert of your own life and experience, and I want to work together with you and/or your child to formulate a plan of support that feels right.
