Licensed Clinical Psychologist, HSP Kristin Lewis, Ph.D.
Specialties: Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Substance Use, Abuse Survivors,

Introduction

Hello! I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist with 13 years' of training and experience in the field. I have enjoyed working with clients who have struggled with a variety of concerns, including trauma, depression, anxiety, substance use, and problems with relationships. I see therapy as a safe place to learn to manage difficult emotions and overcome challenging situations. My style is warm and practical, we might even laugh together as we talk about difficult topics. I use techniques tailored to the specific concerns of my clients. I am trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Emotion-focused Therapy. It can be challenging to find the right fit in therapy, and overwhelming to get started. If my style and experience sound like a good match for you, please contact me for more information or to schedule a session.
