As a marriage and family therapist, my passion is to support my client’s mental health and build healthy relationships. I work from a person-centered approach and believe each person’s story is unique and valuable. The foundation of my approach is rooted in attachment science and family systems, with advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy and Parent Child Interaction Therapy. Additionally, I draw on a multitude of evidence-based practices to fit my client’s needs and to reach their personal goals. My experience includes specializing in the treatment of trauma, depression, anxiety, behavioral challenges, ADHD, and adjustment to changes in life. I work with adults, couples, families, and younger children between 2-10 years old. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our four children. I enjoy being creative and active. On the weekend you might find me at a sporting event, cooking a meal for family and friends, riding my bike, or enjoying a nearby lake.
