Come join me. Let's find your voice. Within our sessions, I will teach you to identify, process and respond to your emotions in healthy ways, improve communication skills, and create a balance that will allow for you to view yourself and the world around you in a more positive manner. I will help you create more balance and flexibility in the way you live your life so that you are able to lead the life you have been yearning for. This therapeutic space allows for you to talk about your biggest accomplishments and your largest traumas. I'm here for this and everything in between. I genuinely enjoy what I do and am an ally to all humans. I believe that kindness and conversation can help us to understand each other in a more positive light. I specialize in anxiety, relationships, perinatal mental health (pre-pregnancy, during pregnancy and post birth), LGBTQ+, trauma, and overcoming stress. Therapy is a process... and finding a therapist that you feel comfortable with can feel overwhelming. That is why I offer a 15min free session to see if you feel comfortable with me. Because that's the most important piece of treatment in my opinion. I strive to offer a safe, judgement-free space where we can talk openly about whatever you like. Let's chat.
