Introduction

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMHC), Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Provider (CCATP), and Certified Clinical Telemental Health Provider (CTMH). I have over seven years experience working with children, adolescents and adults in a variety of settings including community mental health, nursing homes, hospitals, and private practice. My focus is to help you believe in yourself, overcome obstacles, and work on being the best version of you. Together, we can work to make this happen. I believe in a holistic approach, in looking at the whole person. I specialize in mood disorders, women’s health, pregnancy, postpartum, perinatal mood disorders (postpartum depression, anxiety, OCD, and psychosis) for both men and women, life transitions, families, children, teenagers and adults. As an affirming therapist, I have experience working with individuals in the LGBTQ+ community. As well as experience working with children, teenagers, young adults, adults, families and couples. I feel it is important to meet my clients where they are, and use compassion when exploring difficult topics and areas.
