Introduction

I specialize in short term EMDR and/or Brainspotting clients as an adjunct to regular therapy or as a stand-alone treatment. These modalities can be used to treat trauma, anxiety, depression, and many other issues. I do extended sessions and intensives for people who don't have time to do weekly therapy and want to get work done quickly and efficiently.
