My journey as a social worker began in 1994, when after college, I volunteered to live & work in a group home for youth. It was here that my love of connecting with and supporting others blossomed. I subsequently earned my master's degree in Chicago and then spent over 5 years working with adolescent foster youth. Following this, I transitioned to working with families with young children in Phoenix and California, earning a certificate from the Harris Institute of Infant and Early Mental Health along the way. After taking some time out of the field to raise my kids, I recently returned to the field with a renewed perspective and life experience. My passion lies in connecting with my clients, gaining a deep understanding of their experiences, and equipping them with practical tools to navigate their daily lives. Life is an ongoing journey, and at times we can become lost, overwhelmed or confused. Taking time to think about who you are and who you aren't, who you want to be, where you want to go, and what you want in your life can be so immensely helpful to move forward on the path that is right for you. Let me help you find YOUR path!
