Introduction

Owner/Therapist I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker with supervision designation who received my Masters of Social Work in 2017 from The Ohio State University. Since graduating, I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families from all walks of life. With over 7 years of experience, I regularly utilize several different treatment methods including, but not limited to, CBT, Trauma Focused CBT, and relaxation techniques. By using psychoeducation, I am able to assist individuals and families with understanding their diagnosis and trauma. In my personal life I enjoy gardening and spending time outdoors with my sons and many animals.
