I am a dually licensed therapist in the state of Arizona who has personal experience as a City of Phoenix police officer, MCAO Victim Advocate, and past and present spouse of a first responder. With over 25 years of experience as a mental health clinician, I choose to work with first responder couples and individuals struggling with mood disorders, moral injuries, relationship issues, addictions, trauma, PTSD, grief, chronic health conditions and spiritual struggles. My approach is direct yet compassionate, offering reflective challenges from a values-driven and calm perspective.
