Introduction

My philosophy as a Behavioral Health Professional involves the client centered approach to (1) foster increased independent thinking and stabilized mood, (2) progress towards healthier lifestyles (3) achievement of desired goals/ outcomes from therapy; including (a) improved interpersonal relationships, (b) development/ improvement of acceptable and appropriate social interaction, (c) improved self-image, self-worth, and self-perception, (d) positive interaction between the client, the therapist &others and (e) increased level of daily and executive functioning. I am certified in anger management and conflict resolution. Additionally, I have years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults in a multitude of settings. My goal is to help my client(s) return to their "real life" with minimal disruption to provide an improved perspective on life, relationships and their environment.
