Introduction

Investing in your well-being is one of the most important things you can do. I can provide you with a safe space where the therapy is warm and filled with compassion and occasionally laughter. I would love the opportunity to collaborate with you and understand what is most important to you in your life. I want to listen so you feel not only heard, but more importantly feel understood. I specialize in complex trauma. I am certified in Brainspotting and would love to incorporate this in your healing journey. I am also trained in helping partners heal from betrayal when their partner has sex addiction. If you have experienced trauma and feel stuck, maybe a therapeutic journey would help you discover your purpose? Everyone has unique strengths; and I want to help you remember and discover those strengths and empower you to make the changes you desire.
