I’m a clinical social worker and art therapist committed to helping you learn how to heal the aspects of your life that have you out of balance. My approach to counseling is very individualized. I believe the path that leads you to where you are is unique to your experience, and navigating that path requires a strong alliance between you and your therapist. I specialize in dealing with issues of trauma. I'm a provider of EMDR, a certified grief therapist, and graduated with my degree in art therapy. My goal is to help you energize, improve your relationships and find balance to become aware of your strengths. If you’re interested in working with me, please reach out and I’ll be happy to schedule a free initial consultation.
