Introduction

My name is Kristi Ayer, and I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience. I specialize in awareness-based therapy that integrates physical, mental, spiritual, cognitive and emotional forms of well-being. This approach fosters self-development and empowers people to grow into the most worthy, whole, and deserving versions of themselves. I also offer wellness and mindset coaching which is a transformative process that evolves how you perceive and interact with the world. My therapeutic style is eclectic and rooted in the belief that we must increase awareness, manage our minds, take accountability, set boundaries, and reclaim ourselves by stepping out of conditioning and into worthiness. I believe in whole human, whole story, whole life experience. I am known for: - Offering an alternative perspective rooted in psycho-spiritual concepts, mindfulness, and brain science to include EMDR and coaching. - Providing a safe space to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions and behavioral patterns so that you can make powerful and healthier decisions for yourself. - A laid back approach that allows for vulnerability which fosters the awareness necessary for change and growth. - Encouraging alignment with your authentic self by restructuring negative subconscious beliefs. - Quickly building a strong therapeutic relationship where you will be seen as an individual not a label or diagnosis. Let me join you on the path towards awareness, compassion and self-acceptance. Each of us deserves and has the innate capacity to live a joyful, fulfilling and purposeful life! I provide telehealth sessions only. I accept self pay clients only.
