As a parent myself I understand how overwhelming it can feel to see your child struggling to understand, express, and manage their emotions. I can help your child or adolescent learn to control their emotions and behaviors to benefit the entire family! And the insight and skills gained in therapy will be utilized throughout your child’s lifetime. My approach is integrative, primarily adopting techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, play therapy, and behavior modification.
