Do you feel alone? Perhaps like you are drowning? Maybe it's your marriage, your children, your work, your home, your parents or perhaps a combination of these. You've probably found yourself saying 'Its not that bad' or 'Its fine' but in your heart you can't quite shake the feeling that while everything should feel fine its just not. Bottom line you never pictured your life looking quite like this and you aren't certain things will ever get any better. I promise it can. I want to help you navigate this, overcome these hard times, and get back to living your best life. Okay, but parts of my situation are out of my hands-How can talk therapy help change the hard things that just are part of my life? Oh! I am so glad you asked! Talk therapy gives us the ability to see some of the difficulties through a different lens challenging our perspectives and even better it can provide the tools to change the things we can change. Being a human is rough. Seriously. It is filled with constant transition, adjustments and challenges. I would be honored to walk along with you in your rough life transitions, need to be heard, need to facilitate better communication need to overcome the past in order to make their best future.
