Introduction

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate in Colorado. I received my bachelor’s degree in Psychology at California State University, Chico, and my master’s degree in Counseling and Career Development from Colorado State University. I offer online therapy for individuals in Colorado, and I provide in-person therapy locally in Littleton, CO. My specialties include perinatal and postpartum mental health and perinatal loss and grief. I love supporting couples who are experiencing disconnection in their relationship, are new parents, or simply need support for developing positive relationship habits. In addition, I specialize in working with parents and families of children with disabilities or chronic illnesses. Finally, I bring advanced training in career counseling and enjoy supporting both individuals and couples in navigating through career and life challenges and career-related trauma. As a therapist, I deeply enjoy partnering with my clients as a fellow human in the room. When not doing therapy, I enjoy spending time with my partner and our two young kids. I love exploring Colorado and finding new coffee shops or restaurants in the city or the mountains.
