I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about helping others who feel lost, broken, and are suffering from the everyday pressures of life. I provide a non judgemental space for individuals to express their hidden emotions ,and find solutions.I specialize in working with individuals suffering from depression, anxiety, pressure in relationships, and challenges with life transitions. Through self-reflection I will assist you with discovering who you are ,and what you need to live a fulfilling life. I am also a true believer that challenging negative thought processes and self acceptance is key. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in addition to a variety of treatment modalities that fit your needs.
