Introduction

I am an independently licensed therapist with 20+ years of experience working in schools, outpatient therapy practices, and hospital settings, with a longtime passion for working with teens, women, and families. During the past 5 years, I have worked primarily with women, teens, babies, and children in a hospital setting and discovered a great need for clinically informed and comprehensive mental health support for pregnant and postpartum women. I am excited to collaborate with you to improve your emotional well-being. In addition to providing therapy for individuals, I have 10 years of experience providing clinical supervision for master's level clinicians in hospital and school based settings. I am enthusiastic about supporting and mentoring clinicians in their journeys towards independent licensure. I am happy to discuss a supervisor arrangement and fee with you. I also provide consultation services on the topic of Maternal Mental Health for OB practices, Physician offices, and local agencies.
