Introduction

I am a CBT, EMDR, and Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR) therapist providing individual counseling to adults for those in Arizona and Idaho online via Telehealth. My goal for you is that, through our work together, you will no longer be trapped by wounds from the past. You should feel supported, validated, and listened to in therapy and confident that you are working with someone who has a roadmap and plan to help you get where you would like to be. This can be a launching pad for you to have the confidence to make the positive changes in your life that you have been held back from.
