Learning about ourselves is one of the best ways to help us grow and be the best versions of ourselves. As we learn more about ourselves, we are better able to understand one another. I believe therapy is the place this can be done. Having a therapeutic space that offers compassion, support and non-judgement helps us think and feel out loud. This allows us to adjust our perspectives in all areas of life. In therapy we can learn how to manage difficult feelings or thoughts and even learn why they happen. I want to help you learn your why in order to be more present and intentional in your life.
