Introduction

Aging can bring about unexpected transitions and changes - in our bodies, in our relationships, and in our abilities. But aging can also help us become our true selves and embrace the gifts of wisdom and experience. I specialize in working with older adults as they navigate aging and its many surprises, which can include anxiety, depression, grief, and chronic illness. I also support those who have older adults in their circle of care, and who may be overwhelmed with caregiver stress and burnout.
