My work is trauma-informed, evidence-based, and grounded in attachment. I utilize EMDR and Lifespan Integration, a gentle, body-based tool for attachment injury and trauma reprocessing. I also integrate Emotion-Focused Therapy to help individuals and couples understand their emotions and improve communication, fostering stronger, more meaningful relationships.
