Introduction

I received a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Neuroscience from Loras College and am currently working on a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Northern Illinois University. I utilize an eclectic counseling approach to meet the needs of my clients, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Existential Therapy. I am passionate about Animal-Assisted Therapy and will be seeking additional education to implement both equine and canine partners in my future practice.
