Introduction

I am a licensed professional counselor associate (LPC Associate) working with adolescents, adults, and couples. I recently graduated with an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and will use the knowledge to help clients. The goal is to discuss life challenges, mental health concerns, and the tools you can use to navigate life. The belief that increasing our awareness improves our circumstances is the foundation of my approach. Although our lives expose us to many situations and challenges, we do not experience everything life has to offer. When we discuss things with others, we learn of different perspectives that can help us manage challenges. "Seeing" things from a different perspective increases our awareness of our options, fostering effective decision-making and goal attainment. If things are not working the way you expected, let's figure out what you can do to improve your circumstances. As a recent graduate and developing counselor, I receive supervision from Magan Mangold, LPC-S. She has years of experience that will benefit the care provided.
