I genuinely believe each person is their own best therapist. However, sometimes we hit the wall, we can’t understand how we ended up here, or how we are supposed to get back on the path. The work of therapy isn’t easy, it can be painful, and overwhelming… lonely. My goal is to help you through that time, to help you grow, and to understand more fully how to achieve the life that you want. I love helping others achieve a healthy relationship with themselves and I feel privileged to stand beside my clients as they face their problems, sharing my wisdom, knowledge, and training in mental healing. My work with clients is uniquely tailored for each person, but that said, I offer specific treatments related to depression, stress management, anxiety and panic disorders, trauma recovery, and suicide. I know and respect the very real impact of life on our mental health and wellbeing. When we add trauma into the mix, sometimes it feels like we are broken. I want you to know, I don't look at you that way, but I do think you need help. We all need help sometimes. I have made it my life's work to help people love themselves and their lives again.
