Introduction

Alongside therapeutic work, I am passionate about the different tools that we can use in order to initiate holistic healing, including things like: nutrition, meditation, exercise, community, spiritual practices, 12-step programs, rest and fun! I specialize in working with clients through the following: establishing boundaries, relational issues, differentiation from family, children (adult or teen) of divorce, adult children of alcoholics and dysfunctional families, those who have a loved one with mental illness, life transition, grief, premarital, and couples seeking to improve their communication. As a Marriage & Family Therapist, I primarily look at issues through a relational scope and enjoy exploring family-of-origin with my clients.
