I honor your decision to seek help and it is my privilege to walk beside you on the pathway to change. I respect the vulnerability required to sit in the client chair and my goal is always to make the counseling process, from fee schedule to treatment plan, as transparent as possible. I can't guarantee that counseling will always be an easy process but I believe that moments of discomfort often precede the greatest change. I invite you to reach out with any questions. I believe that therapy doesn't have to look one way for all clients and mental wellness should be prioritized to the same degree as physical health.
