I am a clinical social worker who works with individuals, families and couples. I identify as a strength-based therapist, and I believe that everyone has inherent assets that can be utilized towards individual goals and aspirations. If you are struggling with depression, anxiety, interpersonal conflict or moving through trauma, I would be honored to walk alongside you in your journey toward recovery and fulfillment. I value and provide a non-judgmental space for you to be your authentic self. I primarily utilize Strength-Based therapeutic techniques combined with Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy and a variety of trauma processing therapeutic interventions. I understand each client is unique and I look forward to providing you with customized therapeutic techniques and approaches. Taking the first step to begin therapy is a courageous process and a difficult step for many.
