Welcome. My name is Kristel and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey. As a clinician with over 10 years of experience, I believe it is important to build a positive working relationship built on trust and respect and I strive to understand the challenges you are dealing with as well as your strengths and goals. My experience includes working with those struggling with anxiety and depression, trauma history, relationship and communication challenges, and those in need of coping skills and building confidence. I have experience working with a range of ages from children to adults as well as working with youth and families within the outpatient setting and the education system including youth with special needs.
