I am a trauma and attachment trained therapist, specializing in working with adults, couples, and individuals dealing with childhood and adult trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, anxiety, and depression. I also support adolescents struggling with PTSD, mood disorders, behavioral concerns, school adjustment, and family transitions. As a therapist, I aim to create a safe and nurturing environment where clients can explore their past and present challenges while working toward a healthier, more fulfilling future. My approach is rooted in positive psychology and wellness-based principles, recognizing each individual’s innate wholeness and potential. I believe that clients possess the inner wisdom and resilience needed to overcome trauma, negative patterns, and emotional or cognitive barriers. Using evidence-based modalities, I help clients navigate difficulties and achieve meaningful personal growth. I am certified in EMDR therapy, which I integrate to help clients release past traumas, negative thought patterns, and emotional blocks. For couples and other dyads, I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), a highly effective approach for resolving relationship issues and healing core attachment needs. Additionally, I offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) in collaboration with our medical partners, providing clients with deeper, more effective processing of stuck emotional patterns and trauma. My therapeutic approach also incorporates elements of Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies to support clients in building emotional regulation, self-awareness, and overall well-being. I enjoy this work immensely and look forward to helping you on your therapeutic journey.
