As a therapist, I use techniques from several evidence-based treatment modalities to assist clients in developing or enhancing their ability to cope, building and maintaining healthy relationships, and learning new, more helpful ways of thinking. I also have training in Trauma-Informed treatment modalities to assist clients in their journey toward healing.
