Introduction
Navigating life and the changes that come with it can be difficult. Whether you have been dealing with symptoms for a while or you have recently been struggling, there is hope. It is my belief that all people have the strengths and capacities necessary to succeed and thrive in life. Sometimes, we just need encouragement and support learning to harness these skills. Additionally, when life circumstances are particularly difficult or traumatic we may need assistance understanding and processing beliefs or events before we can access our strengths. As a therapist, I use techniques from several evidence-based treatment modalities to assist clients in developing or enhancing their ability to cope, building and maintaining healthy relationships, and learning new, more helpful ways of thinking. I also have training in Trauma-Informed treatment modalities to assist clients in their journey toward healing.
