Introduction

I have worked with a range of clients including pre-teens, teens, and adults from diverse communities. I use integrative therapy, which means I pull from different treatment modalities. Your treatment could include cognitive behavioral therapy to help you learn and understand your maladaptive thought patterns, or I might use mindfulness techniques to practice changing those thoughts and behaviors. I always use trauma informed techniques because whether you have experienced trauma or not, my goal is to provide you with a safe space to share your story. My methods are based on your needs.
